Fundraiser for HEAL Onondaga: Porch Sign Workshop

Join our Stencil Queen, Jade, for a Porch Sign Workshop for a cause!  20% of every ticket sold goes to HEAL Onondaga,  a not for profit focusing on education, advocacy and addressing the needs of individuals and families; impacted by mental health and addiction in our community.  You get your pick of a seasonal sign, or our all year "Everyday" Welcome or "Go Away" Sign.  Or you could do a two-sided porch sign with two different ones!*  You'll choose your stain color at checkout as well.**  Then at the event you pick all your own stencil paint colors, and your host, Jade, will walk you step by step through stenciling your own home decor masterpiece!  Porch Signs measure 4' tall by 9" across.  Your ticket includes all of your materials and instruction.  All guests must purchase a ticket.  Ticket sales close 1/24 for this event.  You're welcome (and encouraged!) to purchase food and beverages at Blarney Stone and indulge during our class.  Event will be held in the banquet room on the second floor of Blarney Stone (only accessible by stairs).  We will be seating each group separately for social distancing.  *No Coupon Codes can be used for fundraisers* 

HEAL will be collecting items to bring to a local pantry at this event, so feel free to bring along a donation!

*Note regarding 2-sided signs: If you're doing double-sided, and cannot finish in our 2 hours allotted at the venue, we can send you home with paint and brushes to finish up.

**Note regarding stain choices: If you are doing a 2-sided sign and you choose stencils that are shown with two different colored stains in the photo (ie. you pick "Let it Snow" that's stained blue and "Hello Spring" that's stained white) - our suggestion is to pick a neutral color stain at checkout - brown, dark brown, gray or white, and then use any color paint at the event to fill in the stencil.  For example, if you like the blue color scheme on "Let it Snow", but you don't want the whole board to be blue because you have the "Hello Spring" on the other side, you could choose to have the board stained brown and then use blue and white paint for the "Let it Snow" stencil in and use bright spring colors as shown on the "Hello Spring" side.
