Fundraiser for Safe Space: Incense Making + Guided Imagery

Join us to create for a cause at Crazy Daisies!  $10 from every ticket sold goes to Safe Space Organization!  During this workshop your host, Eliza, will walk you step by step through the process and you'll make your own hand-rolled incense sticks!  You'll also paint and decorate your own wooden incense holder.  After you're done creating, you'll relax with a Guided Imagery and Visualization Session.  Guided Imagery and Visualization is a type of meditation that leads participants through a scripted exercise to transport you to peaceful and relaxing places within your mind.

This workshop is the second in our series of Wellness Workshops with Safe Space where we'll combine art and creativity with mindful practices like meditation and breathwork to provide a unique, full-circle wellness experience.

You're welcome (and encouraged!) to purchase food & beverages at Crazy Daisies before or during our workshop. They are open until 8 for food and drink.  The greenhouse will also be open for plant purchases until 6 PM if you'd like to grab some while you're there.

Event will be held out on the front lawn if the weather allows.  

Your ticket includes all materials and instruction.  All guests must purchase a ticket.   We will update you with any changes via email before this event.
