About the Event
Join us for a Mosaic Workshop at Beak & Skiff! During this workshop your host, Ashe of Forged from Ashe Studios, will teach you the basics of making a mosaic! She'll go over the basics of breaking and shaping ceramic and glass tile and how to grout your piece. Then you'll use your new skills to make a mosaic flower garden stake! We'll provide an array of solid color tiles to use.
Feel free to bring any quarter size baubles or trinkets you want to include in your project. This is just optional if there's something you have that you really want to include.
Flower bases are 8" rounds.
Stakes for these need to be applied after grout cures. Your host will give you all the instructions and supplies needed to do this.
