About the Event
Join us for a Zen Garden Workshop followed by a guided meditation at Safe Space CNY. During this workshop, your host, Eliza, will guide you through making your own tabletop Zen Garden, and you'll practice mindfulness while planting and arranging your creation. You'll have an array of materials to choose from and plenty of room for creativity and expression. You'll also learn how to care for your succulent plant. After you create your garden, you'll relax with some breath work, and end with a 15 minute guided meditation.
Workshop will be held at Safe Space CNY, inside the Gere Block Building (former Strathmore paints). Lot parking available.
This workshop will be the first in our series of Wellness Workshops with Safe Space CNY, where we'll combine art and creativity with mindful practices like meditation and breathwork to provide a unique, full-circle wellness experience.
