About the Event
Join us for a Special Galentine's Edition of our Yoga & Art Workshop at Willow Rock Brewing Company - Cicero! We'll begin our event with a yoga practice with Jennifer Ashley Wellness, followed by a Oyster Shell Trinket Dish Workshop with Claire of Right Mind!
The Yoga Practice: A gentle, accessible yoga flow focused on mindfulness and breath awareness, paired with a thoughtful sequence of postures to stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Perfect for all levels — come exactly as you are. Your yoga practice will be approximately 45 minutes long.
*Please bring your yoga mat!
The Art Workshop: We'll follow our yoga practice with a Oyster Shell Trinket Dish Workshop. During this workshop, you'll have your choice of an oyster or scallop shell, and an array of patterns and colors to decoupage with! We'll edge them with gold and will provide beads to add to the dish …
