About the Event
Join us for a Special Yoga & Art Workshop at Willow Rock Brewing Company - Cicero! We'll begin our day with a yoga practice with Jennifer Ashley Wellness, followed by a Pressed Flower Wall Art Workshop with Claire of Right Mind!
The Yoga Practice: A gentle, accessible yoga flow focused on mindfulness and breath awareness, paired with a thoughtful sequence of postures to stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Perfect for all levels — come exactly as you are. Your yoga practice will be approximately 45 minutes long.
*Please bring your yoga mat!
The Art Workshop: We'll follow our yoga practice with a Pressed Flower Wall Art Workshop. During this workshop your host, Claire, will guide you as you arrange pressed flowers and more into a work of art! She'll provide an array of pressed flowers and moths for you to choose from!
