About the Event

Join us for a Mosaic Workshop at Stout Beard Brewery!  During this workshop your host, Ashe of Forged from Ashe Studios, will teach you the basics of making a mosaic!  She'll go over the basics of breaking and shaping ceramic and glass tile and how to grout your piece.  Then you'll use your new skills to make a 2 mosaic coasters or trivets!  We'll provide all the colors shown to make a St. Paddy's theme, and more if you prefer to create your own color scheme, including a lot of found materials/tiles!

White grout will be used for this project, as in the photo.

Trivets/Coasters measure 6x6 and each guest will make 2.

Feel free to bring any quarter size baubles or trinkets you want to include in your project.  This is just optional if there's something you have that you really want to include.

This event is for ages 12+.

This event will be in the taproom at Stout Beard Brewery!  You're welcome (and encouraged) to purchase beverages and indulge during our class - they specialize in stouts, of course!  They do not have a kitchen on site but you can bring your own snacks or order from nearby - they suggest PB&Js Lunchbox, Amore Pizza & More, or Crab & Go.

Your ticket includes all materials and instruction.  All guests must purchase a ticket - no sharing projects.  We will update you with any changes via email before this event.
