Winter & Holiday Porch Sign Workshop

Join our Stencil Queen, Jade, for a Wooden Sign Workshop!  Choose from a 4' Porch Sign or an 18" Round Sign.  You get your pick of our Winter or Holiday-themed stencils, or our all year "Everyday" Welcome or "Go Away" Sign.  Or you could do a two-sided porch sign with two different ones!*  You'll choose your stain color at checkout as well.**  Then at the event you pick all your own stencil paint colors, and your host, Jade, will walk you step by step through stenciling your own home decor masterpiece!  Porch Signs measure 4' tall by 9" across, and the heavy-duty Round Signs are 18" across and we'll attach twine at the event to hang them.  Your ticket includes all of your materials and instruction.  All guests must purchase a ticket.  Ticket sales close 12/8 for this event.  Workshop will be held upstairs in the banquet room at Seneca Street Brew Pub (wheelchair access available).  You're welcome (and encouraged!) to purchase beverages and food there and indulge during our class.  We will be seating each group separately for social distancing.

*Note regarding 2-sided signs: If you're doing double-sided, and cannot finish in our 2 hours allotted at the venue, we can send you home with paint and brushes to finish up.

**Note regarding stain choices: If you are doing a 2-sided sign and you choose stencils that are shown with two different colored stains in the photo (ie. you pick "Believe" that's stained red and "Merry Grinchmas" that's stained black) - our suggestion is to pick a neutral color stain at checkout - brown, dark brown, or white, and then use any color paint at the event to fill in the stencil.  For example, if you like the red color scheme on "Believe", but you don't want the whole board to be red because you have the "Merry Grinchmas" on the back, you could choose to have the board stained brown and then use red and white paint to paint the "Believe" stencil in and use white, green and red to paint the "Merry Grinchmas" side.
